  1. It would have been nice if you had warned us about how removing the heater control without disconnecting the battery will cause a warning from the airbag system to appear on the dash.

I don't have a means to clear that message and my state inspection is due so I have to pay someone to clear it I can pass inspection.    🙁

  2. I had to do this a couple years back in my Honda Pilot to replace the climate control lights. It was a very similar process. Unfortunately it wasn't very easy to get to and the lights are only available at the dealer.

  3. Hello Fellow Volvo'ists. My U.K. XC70 Passenger Side Temp Control Starts Operating Between Hot/Cold As Soon As Its Turned From Zero To Hot CONSTANTLY.The Flap Shifting Motor Is Doing My "Ronson Lighter" In,thats slang for "shiter".Is There Anyone Who Can Help.Try This Trick Folks,On 2000/7's Se's,Hold The Read Button In,Then Press The Rear Fog Lamp Twice.Press Read And You Can Check All The E.C.U.'s Etc.A Hidden Volvo Secret. Its All About Bliping The Fog Lamp Switch Correctly,Enjoy.

  4. I don't know which model Volvo this is, but I have a 2003 S80 and it does not have a pop out panel at the bottom, which is key to your whole operation. What do I have to do, take the whole dash apart?

  5. This method does not work on a 2003 Volvo s60 base. @ 1:24 you just picked the module up and out. The s60 has some plastic piece that interferes with this, I will update my comment on the procedure I used to get it out when completed. Update, you have to put your hands UNDER the module and pick up while using your knuckles pressing down on the plastic piece. Not that difficult.

  6. Looks a bit brutal with the the flat head screwdriver – but the message is received, thanks.
So most important thing: remember to unplug the ground wire from the battery first…

  7. I cant find that fan anywhere, Ive googled it by my cars manufacturing year and by the number written on it, all I can find is fans looking different but the one showed here is the same in my car
