Naprawa Samochodów Volvo

On the way back from a run out to Lancashire I had an electrical failure. I’ve had the problem about half a dozen times sine I bought the XC90 in July 2021. In the past, I’ve been able to scan it, clear the fault codes and it would be fine the next morning. This time was different so I knew things had got worse. I had to turn the job over to a Volvo specialist (Volvo Specialist Car Sales in Brighouse, West Yorkshire). The CEM subsequently came back to life and the first thing to do was to fix my ongoing „Anti-skid service required” problem as this could’ve been the root cause of the CEM going down. I’d already established that the DEM was the cause of that problem so it was removed and sent to Volvo Diagnostic in Tilbury, Essex for repair. Unfortunately, it was beyond repair so I had to have a reconditioned DEM which came with a lifetime guarantee. It was fitted and confirmed to be in working condition and I’ve now got it back and it will be put back into daily use. If the problem comes back, it’ll be back to the specialist for further diagnosis on the CEM but it seems to be working fine at the moment. Time will tell…
